From 4 years it's as it is recently a few months back I consulted a Dr he told to apply Tretionin and gave allergy medicine it got cleared in start but again regenerated and this is happening from many years it gets vanished then regenerates.

So, I have been facing hair fall for 6 years now and hair on my scalp, beard, mustache, eyebrows and on chest are turning to white because I have this allergy which I am unable to identify what kind of allergy it is, I have consulted two dermatologists one of them said it is fungal infection and she game me finasteride and Cipla 8x shampoo, until I used those I didn't had much problem but now it is spreading fast and almost 60% of my hair are lost. I am attaching photos of my scalp after a haircut. Please help me identify the problem and how to treat it.
