Hello doctor, I haven't had any dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew, raisins in my pregnancy. Right now I am 8 months pregnant. So is it necessary to have dry fruits during pregnancy? And if we will not have dry fruits our baby will not get good nutrients? And soaked dry fruits are better of unsoaked will be fine ?
I am an 18 year old girl and I am very much concerned about my breasts. There is a very little growth in the beginning of adolescence since then my breasts are not growing. I feel very ashamed and underconfident in public. I am in mylate teens and not able to recognise what's the issue and why my breast enlargement is not taking place. My breasts are same since class 9th. It's not genetic. Everything in my body is normal. My period are on time. Idk why just the breasts are not growing. Doctor recommended nitobact 100 , 2 times for 7 days and cital uti syrup 2 times 10 ml daily for mild uti. Have taken it together everyday. After having nitrobact 100, I used to have cital uti syrup. So it can be taken together or had to keep gaps between them??
