Low-Lying Placenta at 5 Months

I am 5 months pregnant. My recent anomaly scan showed a low-lying placenta (placenta previa/low-lying placenta). After reviewing the scan report, my doctor prescribed Ecosprin 150 mg once daily at night. I have not started taking Ecosprin yet because I am worried about the risk of bleeding due to the low-lying placenta. I have not had any vaginal bleeding so far. Should I start taking Ecosprin 150 as prescribed? Is it safe to take with a low-lying placenta? What precautions should I follow? I also have a nasal allergy with blocked nose, white mucus, sneezing, and frequent cough for the last 3 months. Mocet-LC improves the symptoms, but they return when I stop the medicine. Is Mocet-LC safe to continue during pregnancy?

Menstrual cycle problem

My last menstrual period was from 22nd to 25th May. Due to contraceptive failure, I took an Unwanted 72 pill on 27th May, within a few hours of the incident. I experienced withdrawal bleeding starting on 2nd June, and it is still continuing. Until yesterday, I was having abdominal pain and leg pain, but since this morning, I have been experiencing significant breast tenderness why it's happening even after seven days of start of the bleeding, to the extent that even a light touch causes discomfort. I am concerned about whether these symptoms are normal side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill and whether they indicate that the pill has pr hasn't worked successfully.  Additionally, could these symptoms be early signs of pregnancy, or are they more likely to be side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill? Should I take a pregnancy test, and if so, when would be the appropriate time to do so?
