Hello Doctor, I have a concern regarding my foreskin. For quite some time, it seems to have remained retracted behind the glans, and occasionally I feel as though it gets stuck there, especially when I wear tight pants or jeans and go outside for work. When I gently retracted the foreskin a little further than its usual position, I noticed that the outermost edge/tip of the prepuce seems to be somewhat stuck or attached to the shaft. I am wondering whether this could be the reason why my foreskin is unable to cover the glans normally. I would prefer not to undergo circumcision. Could you please advise whether there is any cream, ointment, or other non-surgical treatment that could help resolve this problem?
