Dutasteride for hair loss/hair fall

A trichologist prescribed DUMAN /dutasteride to control hairfall also told that may need to take long term. Along with this Minoxidil 10% is also given. My question is if long term how long would the patient need to take this medicine “DUMAN”? Are there any side effects? A known lady friend told me that she took it when prescribed by a doctor and once she stopped it her all effects were reversed. Kindly clarify if there are side effects. Also when the medication will be stopped will it give any reverse effects. The patient doesn't have any medical issue, is absolutely fit doesn't consume any junk food. All Blood reports are normal too. Only iron is low for which she is taking tab as prescribed. Thank you in advance

My Worst Acne

I had my first pimple in 8th since then it had started spreading all over my body from face to neck to my back then stomach next my abdomen even my hands and fingers i have seen acne I have it all over my body it leaves dark spots and most of the time i pop them because I have no other choice I went to Kempegowda hospital for the treatment of this and they gave me some spray for my skin and a acne soap. This year i have completed my 2nd pu still it's more than ever I am just tired I even had it in my nose and ears even mouth it's too much I have been seeing reviews of countless dermatologist patient reviews but I have still not seen a single person mention the medication of isoisotretinoin/Accutane i desperately need this medication as it will clear my worst acne and it will not leave marks all over my body I can't even sit and sleep properly for past 3 years and I have had mental breakdowns due to this and i have tried countless serums and creams if any doctor can help please reply.
