I have been experiencing a throat problem for the past few years. After speaking continuously for 15–30 minutes, my throat becomes dry, heavy, and eventually chokes up, making it difficult to continue speaking. This significantly affects my work, as I regularly conduct meetings and presentations. I consulted two ENT specialists, underwent endoscopic examinations, and tried allergy treatment, inhaled medication, Ayurvedic treatment, and Panchakarma. Despite spending nearly ₹1 lakh, I have not found a lasting solution. I am looking for a specialist with experience in diagnosing and treating similar voice or throat disorders related to prolonged speaking, as previous evaluations have not identified the underlying cause.
Is my throat normal is there anything growing in my throat any mass growing in my throat on the corners pls tell doctor

My baby has no pain, discharge, fever, or noticeable hearing problems, but could this practice have caused any damage to her ears so far? I am worried. I came to know blowing air into baby's ear is not safe
