My wife is 33 and conceived through IUI on 28 August 2026, but recently had a missed miscarriage managed with medication.
Earlier scans showed a subserosal fibroid of approximately 4.2–4.5 cm.
The latest scan described a 7.6 × 5.6 × 7.2 cm mass behind the uterus/cervix, suspected to be a subserosal fibroid.
Could this have contributed to the miscarriage, and what tests can confirm whether it affects the uterine cavity?
Should it be removed before another pregnancy/IUI, and how long should we wait before trying again, with or without surgery?
I've 21 yes old i have short cervix it's confirmed in 5th month anomaly scan so doctor said cerclage is risky so she suggested me progesterone veginal tablets and bed rest after that I've delivered my baby in 33 weeks after birth he didn't cry and passed away in 17th day of birth

I was prescribed Duphaston 10 mg once daily for 20 days to regulate my irregular periods.
Today is my 19th day of medication, but I started having normal period-like bleeding yesterday, and it is continuing today. I have only one tablet left.
Should I take the final tablet as prescribed, or stop the medication? Also, should I consider yesterday as Day 1 of my new menstrual cycle?
Hello mam I am sexually inactive from 8 to 9 yrs before 8 yr I had unprotected intercourse but after 8 yr I had tested for peace of my mind pap smear it comes negative.. suppose I will never do intercourse for life time then also I need pap smear every 3 yrs or not plzz help bcoz it feel frustrated after many years...my age is 29 and I don't have any unusual symptoms... Me and my gf had sex yesterday night and while wearing the condom i wore it from wrong side and then immediately flipped it and wore it correctly and had sex is there chance of pregnancy and what should we do? No ejaculation happened. Generally her period date is 11-12 th of every month but her last period was on 8th oct 2026 of this month and we had sex on 30th oct. Please help
