I have been having food-related reactions for the past ~8 years. Symptoms include: Small itchy rashes (mosquito-bite–like), occasional mild hives, Mouth ulcers after certain foods Digestive issues (gas, bloating,IBS-like symptoms) Sometimes headache, palpitations, and fatigue reactions for some foods are usually delayed (around 6–10 hours after eating any unmatched food)(different food differentreaction) I am able to have foods (rice, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, carrot, curd & urad dal). Levocetirizine relieves symptoms whenever I have any unmatched food like chicken, tomato etc. Previously, whenever I have taken antibiotics for issues like dental problems like there is no reaction for a few weeks for any foods, but now they don’t.
