Sudden breakout with small pimples
I have suddenly developed multiple small pimples/bumps on both cheeks. I normally don't get acne. They appeared recently and some are slightly inflamed. Could you please tell me whether this looks like acne, clogged pores, irritation or folliculitis, and what treatment/routine I should follow?

Onset: 13 September 2026, after applying MARS makeup setting spray. Affected area: Predominantly the left cheek and the area around/below the left eye. Symptoms observed: Localized redness, irritation, and mild swelling/puffiness. The affected side appears noticeably more inflamed than the opposite side. Possible trigger: MARS makeup setting spray, used shortly before the reaction appeared. Current status: Reaction is localized to one side of the face. My dermatologist prescribed me with biotin(5mg)+finasterid(1mg) tablets I read on internet that it has male sexual side eefects like reduced libido, erectile problem, semen amount reduction etc. So I didnt start the meds, now should I start my prescription or not bcz it is a 3 years course minimum.
