Feb end I got cold n was having sinus issues also so I was putting ghee in nose n after putting ghee I slept n felt little heavy in ear next morning.
So took cheston cold for 2 days but no relief so consulted ENT after 1 month who advised EEBAS 20 and EVEBRO N for 5 days but still no relief so extended the course for 7 days of EEBAS 20, EVEBRO N, DECA 6, RUTHBRO D AND CFX CV along with karvol plus steam . Then suggested OTOCAP VT and ODIMONT LC for 7 days but still no relief. He checked ear from device and outer drum is clean

I have operated to remove inverted polyloma in 2018. Every year I have taken ct. In 2016 also I have taken and no recurrence of inverted polyloma. But when I met so many doctors they said it is empty nose syndrome
I always find that my nasal block in both noses.is there any remedy for this

I have sinus issues, Can i use double distilled water or any distilled water for machine or battery use for nasal irrigation
I have saline mix packets to mix with the water as well

Hi, I have done my Septoplasty + FESS 14 days back my right side nostril is completely clear but left side is still blocked. Also I spitting out dark blood till today is it normal? I can also see a turbinate like thing which is inside my left nostril is it swollen or blocking the nasal passage should we need to remove/reduce it again?
