I am 27 years old and I have been masturbating regularly since around the age of 15–16. For the past approximately 2 years, I have noticed that my erections during masturbation are not as firm as they used to be, usually around 60–70% firmness.
I also feel that my penis has become smaller compared with how it used to be, especially when it is not fully erect. I am concerned whether this perceived reduction in size could be related to my erection quality or another underlying condition.
I have had sexual partners in the past, but I remained a virgin mainly because I was anxious about my penis size and worried that I would not be able to perform.
Recently, I tried having penetrative sex with my partner on three different occasions, but I was unable to maintain a sufficiently firm erection for penetration. During sexual activity, I sometimes get an erection, and I can also get erections from sexual tho
My erectile is good but my timing in bed is very bad..is there any medicine which I can take to increase my timing in bed.
I'm sexually active for 2-3 years, all my previous hiv tests are negative. I always use protection. I recently had a exposure but with protection 6 weeks ago and today did hiv elisa and tpha antibody tests and both are negative. I have 3 small warts or bumps in my penis skin for 3 weeks. I am feeling some burning sensation inside penis and some pain in testis veins area. But no pain near warts. No discharge and no painful blisters. I consulted a dermatologist, he said it's molluscum and can be removed not serious and Fully curable. I took a second opinion with a infection disease specialist He checked and said its hpv and not curable. I'm very much worried and depressed. Also mentioned no tests available to test for men. Kindly help me to diagnose the actual problem, is there any hpv tests to do for men? I googled and came to know there 100+ strains in hpv. How to find out whether I'm hpv positive or not? And which strain it is? Or its something else.
