I am an 18 year old girl and I am very much concerned about my breasts. There is a very little growth in the beginning of adolescence since then my breasts are not growing. I feel very ashamed and underconfident in public. I am in mylate teens and not able to recognise what's the issue and why my breast enlargement is not taking place. My breasts are same since class 9th. It's not genetic. Everything in my body is normal. My period are on time. Idk why just the breasts are not growing. Can somebody please suggest me something i an really very concerned..
I had spotting for the first few days around my date of period, then I started bleeding normally on the last Monday and since then I am bleeding it's been more than 7 days during this time I am loosing big clots of blood too, I didn't have periods like this, it's completely painless and I don't feel weak but it's just the bleeding isn't stopping. I had also started gym on Monday after a break and also started taking himalaya ashwagandha a few days prior to the spotting started. I'm very scared
Since 2020 when I got my first periods hamesha regular periods rhe hai. 1-2 days delay hota hmesha but normal rhe hai. In July periods ke 1-3 din jelly like thing bleed hora tha thoda thoda then 2 din bleeding hoe but in August periods normal the aur iss mahine abhi tak nhi aae. 10th August around last periods aae the abhi tak september 20 hoge but periods nhi aae . I am virgin no sexual contact. But thoda porn dekhte hoe mastrubation kiya but inject kuch bhi cheez nhi kiya. Kabhi itna delay nhi hota iss bar kyu hora I am really worried.
