Chronic coughing with post nasal drip for over 8 months. X rays show bronchitis. Has been on foracort 400 much for a few months and gradually stopped it in 15 days. Coughing started again after that. Has been on multiple allergy related medicines. Patient stays at home most of the time and cause of allergy is unclear. Has consulted ENT specialist and Pulmonologist so far to no benefit. Coughing starts immediately on stopping the medicine. What to do?
I have mouth ulcer for 3 years now , it started with one or two and now it has reached to 40-50 ulcer at once all over my mouth eg on tongue, cheeks lips.. I have consulted ent and dentist, they provide medicine and it heals , but comes back again.. kindly provide a solution for recurring , no one has been able to stop the recurrence.. From last 2 years ,I am feeling ear popping and right nose pain , generally when contact in cold , it cause very severe pain in nose , ear fullness , pain behind ears , have consulted several ent , all of them diagnosed no abnormality in ear , ct scan pns two times , doc told ct scan relatively normal , I observed from last 2 month when ear popping and facial pain start my shoulder and biceps also hurts , I consulted with a rheumatologist he advised to test ANCA , the test is normal , but steriod gives me relief it want to know it can be due to ANCA
I have noticed that whenever I am exposed to cold weather, I develop pain on the right side of my nose. At the same time, both of my ears start popping.
