Throat/ Mouth Cancer?

Hello, I am 22. I need an advice because my anxiety is killing me. Last December 5, I noticed a lump on the left side of my throat. I did not think of it since I had a tooth extraction on November 28 and suffered from dry socket. The lump was beneath the extraction site. But since it does not go away, I went to clinic for follow up check up and advised me to take amoxicillin 3 times a day, every 8 hrs for 1 week. After 4 days I noticed the lump shrinking in size but I hasn't fully shrinked yet. I can still feel the lump still big as pea size but smaller than it was before. December 11 when I started taking amoxicillin when I felt my throat constantly being scratchy. There is a mild pain and the feeling that something was stuck inside. So I decided to look at the mirror and noticed that the right side of my throat is quite inflamed because of its color. It is also bumpy and I saw these two fleshy bumps  behind my tonsil. I may be too young but google is telling me I have "C". Please hel
