I have a frequent cough majorly in the morning for about 1 month. There is very little mucus, and I often feel a sensation of something stuck at the back of my throat, but I’m unable to clear it out. The cough does not persist during the day.
How to treat sleep apnea (best option) and Tonsillitis problems? I am 39.5 years old male. Will Sleep Apnea create other problems if not treated early? Please provide more details. I think I got Sleep Apnea genetically as my father (60 yrs old) also has. Should we treat his first as he recently undergone heart surgery (inserted a stunt). Please advise. Thanks
