I noticed a burning sensation and irritation on my right underarms yesterday. My underarms always look darker and have pigmentation since I shave the area often. No waxing and I always shave.
The last time I shaved was 3 weeks ago. I noticed this irritation and been trying to air out the area as much as possible. The skin feels like burning when the arm is closed.
I tried applying Vaseline and aquaphour gel. It didn't help and the irritation continues.
What could be the issue? What does it look like?

My mother has a lump on her one thigh which she says has been there since approx 20 yrs.She said that at that time people said it is due to injection shots during pregnancy. Earlier there was no pain or anything there even on touching and pressing but now she feels pain whenever it gets pressed or brushed against something and it has also turned black. That lump has a small bump in the middle as well. What could be the causes of this because we all are sacred?
A few years ago I developed a mole on my back, which I didn't pay much heed to,it wasn't growing or painful and my mother having a similar mole at the same place made me think it can be genetic but today I discovered another similar mole not far from the previous one and what It seems like another one starting to develop in my upper arm near to the previous one again.it seemed a little suspicious so I looked up reason of mole growth and it said that they can be early signs of melanoma.i don't want to get stressed and start freaking out based on these assumptions so I wanted an opinion on whether they look benign or should I get them tested and consulted by a dermat.i am attaching photos of the moles with this post.please kindly help and suggest me the right thing to do.i would be extremely grateful if I can be guided to consult further or to relax regarding this issue.
