Sir i am 18th year old and my weight is67kg . Am i fit my height is 5.11inch but i want to raise up my weight so please give me some tipps
Last night I slept with less clothing, here in Jodhpur cold just reached, so I feel highly coldy and then I wake up and with blanket covered myself,, it is ok for cold but I got heavy headache when I woke up,, during work I take medicine paracetamol from first aid now in the evening same headache and cold started
ELERGY PROBLEM HOLL BODY 2-3 YEAR AGO MEDICINE WORK FOR 1-2 DAY THEN SAME PROBLEM
For the past five days the area on the top of my left foot next to my fourth toe has been numb. Movement of my foot and ankle etc is normal. I had a bruise on my left knee but it has mostly faded, I have just moved house so it's possible I injured that leg carrying furniture but don't remember. I work at a desk and have long term upper back pain.
I have neck pain near cervical area since last evening and finding it very difficult to perform normal activities.
