Hi, I'm waking up in the night from couple of months feeling numbness in both hands and also chest tension fear kind of. This is happening almost 5 days in a week. If I wakeup and sit for 2-3 minutes all the symptoms go off. But if I lay down again, the same issue is happening. I'm getting very light sleep through out the night. And sometimes no sleep at all. Kindly let me know what is the issue. I tried differnet sleeping positions but no use

I am 32 years old male having irritable bowel syndrome, Over active bladder with urge incontinence and severe feeling of nausea, dizziness, vertigo , vomiting sense as soon as I ride on car and bus and after 20 minutes real vomiting but no problem in train and ship . This problem is since childhood. Doctor gave avomine 25 mg and stugeron before 30 mins of journey but no relief. And for this reason inspite of being good student I can't join in government job. It has no cure ?? I am in depression and suicidal thought.
