I'm peeing very less throughout the day
Peeing very less amount throughout the day since last 4 days as I was following Navratri fast ( dairy items and fruits allowed ) I observed change in my urine routine it felt very less . I'm not having any symptoms as such but my weight is 170 kgs and I take metoprolol succinate 12.5 mg since last 5 years but my BP is very much normal no high BP detected

1.Reduced ejaculatory pleasure: For the past 6 months, ejaculation has felt less pleasurable than before. 2.Recent reduced libido and orgasm pleasure: Recently experienced a sudden decrease in sexual desire on 16 oct and pleasure during masturbation. 3.Reduced erection firmness: Erections became less firm after the recent episode. That is when I tried to test my sexual desire and erection today 17 Oct 4.Changes in bladder sensation: Since last 6 months I sometimes feel little urge to urinate while sitting or lying down, but the urge increases when standing or walking. 5.Prolonged masturbation and edging: For the past 6–12 months, I have often masturbated for 45–60 minutes or longer, repeatedly delaying ejaculation. I am worried about these symptoms and would appreciate medical guidance on their possible causes and what I should do next to get back to normal sexual condition.

What can stop nightfall it cause hairfal
It started with recurring bacterial urine infections. Now my urine routine test and urine culture are normal, but I still have a persistent burning sensation. For the last 3 years, I also haven’t had a morning erection at all, and I’m experiencing nightfall almost every night. Has anyone experienced something similar, especially with normal urine tests and culture? What could explain these symptoms, and which type of doctor should I see?
