I have been experiencing persistent scalp itching, which becomes worse after sweating and wet hair My scalp feels very dry, and recently my hair has become extremely rough, dry, and lifeless to touch. I am also noticing hair fall and thinning. I recently started using Sebamed shampoo, but the dryness and itching are still there. I don't have visible dandruff, scalp is clean but continues to itch even when my hair is clean. What could be causing these symptoms? Could it be dry scalp, seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, or another scalp condition? What treatment should I consider, and should I consult a dermatologist?
My son 3 year old started having itchy bumps last week which would last for few hours, his pediatrician prescribed Hicope syrup to treat allergy for 3days. During these 3 days when I was giving him syrup he dint get any allergy, but once the prescribed doses were over, he started getting allergy again and we are asked to continue with same syrup plus calapure lotion. How long urticaria lasts in toddler? Im unable to find the trigger for this. Is continuing the medication for long time cause no harm?
