Hello, Doctor. About a year ago, I had threading done on my neck and forehead, after which the skin in those areas became dark. In April, I consulted a doctor, who suggested chemical peels and laser treatment for better results. However, there is no good dermatologist in my area, so I could not get these treatments done.
The doctor also advised me to get some blood tests, which showed that I had Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiencies. I took the prescribed supplements and followed the recommended skincare routine. However, even after using them for some time, the dark pigmentation on my neck and forehead has not improved.
Will this pigmentation fade over time, or is it possible for it to go away completely
I am facing major hairfall recent days.
I have done my blood test done . It has deficiencies like vitamin D3, B12, iron and haemoglobin is also low and I also do feel fatigue and laziness. So could you suggest what can be done and what should I include in my diet so that my hair growth will improve naturally
and hair hair fall will stop.

Hi doctor, I have been having a problem with my lips for the past few months. Earlier, my lips would only become dry and cracked during winters, but this time they have been getting very dry even in summer. Almost every day, the inner skin of my lips starts peeling, and sometimes my lips feel very dry and uncomfortable.
I have tried plain Vaseline, but the peeling continued even while using it. I recently stopped using Vaseline, but now my lips become very dry but peeling is not that much . I also make sure that I stay well hydrated.
Could you please tell me what might be causing it and what I can safely use to help my lips heal?
Dull, dry, postpartum pigmentation around the forehead, chin&lip area. My dermatologist had recommended glutathione and vitamin C tablets. Are there any over the counter medicines that i can take safely as a breastfeeding mother to a 2.5 year old. I often come across the brands like Oziva or Trunativ - collagen and glutathione
