My wife is 33 and conceived through IUI on 28 August 2026, but recently had a missed miscarriage managed with medication. Earlier scans showed a subserosal fibroid of approximately 4.2–4.5 cm. The latest scan described a 7.6 × 5.6 × 7.2 cm mass behind the uterus/cervix, suspected to be a subserosal fibroid. Could this have contributed to the miscarriage, and what tests can confirm whether it affects the uterine cavity? Should it be removed before another pregnancy/IUI, and how long should we wait before trying again, with or without surgery?
Kindly have look and suggest what should I do, should I suppose to wait for more time or take some medicine
Hello Doctor, I was prescribed Duphaston 10 mg once daily for 20 days to regulate my irregular periods. Today is my 19th day of medication, but I started having normal period-like bleeding yesterday, and it is continuing today. I have only one tablet left. Should I take the final tablet as prescribed, or stop the medication? Also, should I consider yesterday as Day 1 of my new menstrual cycle?
