Health Q&A
Prone masturbation

Sir, Age-20 years Height 5 foot 7 inches Weight 55kg I have been  watching porn and doing prone masturbation for past 6 years (almost daily) But recently from past 3 months I have switched to normal masturbation From past 9 months I have no morning erections and spontaneous erection, I have low libido, I have grade 2 or 3 erection if I have erection and erection is not hard as it used to be before. I think I have porn induced erectile dysfunction (pied). Due to this addiction it's effecting my daily activities and my studies also I feel guilty about myself why I got into this trap. My question is "If I leave porn and masturbation can I recover from the effects of it and can I get my morning erections and libido back?" " Can I recover from the effects of prone masturbation?" "Is it possible to be like I was 3-4 years ago?" " Is it affecting my fertility?" I really don't want to be addicted to this please help me 🙏." Can I recover from all these effects of prone masturbation ?

Testosterone & Semen Report Review

I am 33 years old. My testosterone levels over the years have been: 476 ng/dL (2017), 422 ng/dL (2023), and 453 ng/dL with Free T = 10 pg/mL (2026). My recent hormone profile shows FSH = 19.6 (slightly high), LH = 8.01 (upper‑normal), Prolactin marginally high, and TSH = 10.068 (high, subclinical hypothyroidism).  My semen analysis shows 2 mL volume, 200 million total sperm, 70% motility, 75% vitality, and 70% normal morphology.  Given these reports, can you please advise:  1. Are my testosterone and semen parameters normal for my age?  2. Do these values indicate good fertility potential, erection strength, and libido?  3. Should I be concerned about high TSH and marginally high FSH/Prolactin?  4. Do I need further tests or treatment for thyroid/hormonal balance?"

HIV Exposure Concern – Completed PEP, Se

Hello Doctor, I had a possible HIV exposure on 13th March with a sex worker. I was using a condom, but it broke during intercourse. I consulted a doctor the same day and started PEP within 3 hours. I have completed the full 28-day course as prescribed. Currently, I do not have any symptoms, but I am experiencing a lot of anxiety and fear, which is affecting my daily work. Could you please guide me on: 1. What is my actual risk level in this situation? 2. When should I get tested for HIV for accurate results? 3. Is there anything else I should do at this stage? Thank you.
