Is it true that PCOS cannot be reversed or treated ? I am having proper periods only on the 1st day and then the 2nd day is just a small brown patch and the 3rd day is absolutely nothing. I am literally scared since we are planning to conceive. My weight is 50 kg and my height is 5 ft. I am not overweight and not stressed due to anything. I swim regularly and eat very little junk food, and I still feel TIRED most of the time.
Trying to conceive since 2 year for 2nd child on medication since 4 month current cycle taken letrozole and clofert 50 mg ovulation happend on 12th day as per follicular study. However I am having cramps in lower abdomen feeling heaviness and strech from 20th day of cycle onwards and also mild streching pain in legs also On follic acid also today is my 26th day of cycle and from 25-30th of cycle dr suggested to take dulphaton tab Pls guide why abdomen pain on 20th day of cycle

Hi Doctor, My sister recently went through laparoscopic mayomectomy and she got infected post 1 month of her surgery and used a 5 day course of PIPTAZ 4.5g. She went to hospital today and they are saying she had to undergo another surgery which would be open surgery. Attaching the lab and scan reports for your reference. Can you pls help us with your guidance? Are we really needed an open surgery or it can be treated another way. Please help!
