Hello, I have been married for the last 4yrs and this is the first time I am facing this issue. Due to some family emergency situations I didn't have physical intercourse or masturbated for around 35 to 40 days. After the 40 days when I had physical intercourse the timing was hardly 2 to 3mins. Previously I could have held it at least 15 to 25mins with a kind of short pause or changing the positions. However now it's very quick and I can't even hold 2 to 3mins and I feel sperm also a bit less than previously. What can be done?
Size issue due to fat pad
I am not sure which doctor to consult for this. I am trying to lose fat but I read online about if it's a real issue of size then they do some penile length test or something.i am too conscious of physical examination but online consultation may not help in this.
