I have a one month preterm baby, breast milk is not coming, only like dropwise currently taking lactare tab , granules powder, healthy food..still milk is not producing, am on steroids for low platelets(ITP) and also Taking insulin for diabetes, is this medication affecting the milk production??? In my first pregnancy there was no issue in milk production. Pls can you give me the solution it's already one month can I expect milk production still??? Thnks in advance

I had a condom breakage insemination in april during my luteal phase and got my periods after 2 days , been getting it since then regular , normal .
