Health Q&A
Please help , i get frustrated

Have been suffering from recurrent constipation, fissure/piles and anal irritation for 4–5 years. I tried medicines occasionally, but the problem kept returning. In June 2026, I consulted an Ayurvedic specialist who diagnosed fissure and fungal infection and gave me a 1-month course. It worked very well: constipation and irritation improved and bleeding completely stopped. However, about a month after stopping the medicines, constipation and digestive problems returned, followed by occasional fresh-red bleeding after very hard stools. I already take fruits, fiber and plenty of water, avoid outside food, maida and junk food, and have restricted many foods out of fear of constipation. Sometimes even soft stool is difficult to pass and requires straining. Because of this, I have also stopped exercising and avoided gym, eggs, chicken, paneer etc. for years. I am extremely frustrated and want to know the underlying cause of my recurrent constipation/digestion problem and get a solution
