I have been experiencing hard stools for about 25 days. I notice dark-red blood while passing stool, along with a cutting sensation, burning, and pain around the anus. The pain becomes severe after passing stool and can continue for 4–5 hours or sometimes throughout the day. I want to know whether this could be an anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or another condition, and what treatment or medicine would be appropriate.
There is a swelling above my anal opening when i press it feels large cyst type something under the skin there is no pus till now and there is no blood but the swelling occurs after passing motion and by the time it settle down and nect day same thing reoccur .it starts 10 days earlier i do sitz bath but there is no relief painfull but not horrible on sitting
B12/folate level Serum vitamin B12 226 ng/L Serum folate 2.0 ug/L I have already take folic acid 5mg per day for 50days and for B12 do I need to take shot or go for oral intake. If oral what is the B12 capsule need to be taken ?
