Fissure fisrt occured at 12 th June Bleeding stopped at 2 july Now Pain is lesser than earlier. But there is hard skin ended with a small lump at fissure cut. Will this hard skin and lump will soften later as it doesn't strech during stool pass.

Hello doctors. I got Cesarean. 3 months completed now. I am breastfeeding mother. My belly button comes out during pregnency. It doesn't go back. I consulted OBGyn. Doctor told this is not hernia. She told to cough and raise to two legs while examined. Doctor told that muscles are weakened during pregnency. So Do excersise 3 months. Belly button shrink and comes to normal. So please tell me is this normal? I had no pain. No symptoms of hernia. It feel like normal. But outie belly ( small)
