Hi I started doing prone masturbation at age 14 and now I am 20 and have been doing it for almost 6 years. During first 4 years I didn't watch much porn. Recently I have been watching porn a lot ( even though I don't want to). From past 10 months i have been experiencing low libido, decrease in spontaneous erection and erection hardness and no morning wood for 10 months.
