I experience normal erections and sexual arousal and I do masturbate in frequently once or twice every 2-3 weeks however after ejaculating I feel absolutely no pleasure. Hello, I have been married for the last 4yrs and this is the first time I am facing this issue. Due to some family emergency situations I didn't have physical intercourse or masturbated for around 35 to 40 days. After the 40 days when I had physical intercourse the timing was hardly 2 to 3mins. Previously I could have held it at least 15 to 25mins with a kind of short pause or changing the positions. However now it's very quick and I can't even hold 2 to 3mins and I feel sperm also a bit less than previously. What can be done?
Size issue due to fat pad
I am not sure which doctor to consult for this. I am trying to lose fat but I read online about if it's a real issue of size then they do some penile length test or something.i am too conscious of physical examination but online consultation may not help in this. Not sure how to proceed with it. Can a online consultation or pics help in this case for an experienced doctor.
