Since 2023, I have been experiencing episodes that start suddenly with blurred vision. After a few minutes, I develop a headache, usually around the temples, and the severity of the headache seems related to how long the blurred vision lasts. Sometimes I also experience nausea, goosebumps, fatigue, and a feeling that I might feel better if I vomit, although I do not always vomit. These episodes initially occurred about once every 3 months, then once a month, and recently every 2–3 weeks. In the last 2 days, I have had back-to-back episodes. Sometimes deep breathing or drinking water seems to help, but I am not sure. My blood sugar is normal, my general blood tests 3 months ago were normal, and an MRI brain scan done in early 2023 was also normal.
My mother is suffering from dizziness, weakness, legs trembling, not able to walk. She says she is walking on a cushion. the said condition is from 5 years.
Sometimes she has numbness in one hand and legs.
I have visited so many neurologists and each one has diagnosed different diseases i.e. Diabetic neuropathy, CIDP, Parkinson, Ataxia, BPPV, mennere due to ears.
Presently she is on medication for diabetic neuropathy.
Her MRI shows Age related cerebral atrophy with small vessel ischemic changes.
Now she feels anxiety so much. What to do I don't know please some one tell

Sir/Madam
My mother 58yrs had compression in C3 to c7 levels in MRI SPINE. But clinical examination reflexes and few symptoms are absent. But heavy weekness, dizziness, walking imbalance, gait walk, falling sensation walking. But no pains , no numbness. Whether it is Cervical Mylopathy or not. Whether clinical examination reflexes and pain mandatory to finalize mylopathy once it's compression clearly shown in MRI Spine. Please help me out with exact guidance. Thankyou.
Hi sir/Madam.
My kid is 6 years old. He had a mild seizure on Feb 22 in sleep.
On doctors suggestion we did MRI and EEG found no issue in mri but EEG showed little spike on the left part of the brain. So the Levipil syrup was suggested for next three months at night. Till now there is no seizure episode except the first one.
But, he is little moody and gets very angry. This we have observed from mid April to till date.
Wanted to know what may be the cause or is it normal
Other than that is normal, active, eats, sleeps
