I have been been using minoxidil for 5-6 months and also in the process of fixing my D3 deficiency at the same time (I have gone from 9.2 to 26.3 in 3 months and I expect it would have increased even higher now) nutrition wise everything is going well, I hit my protein and carbs and workout and stay active recently I am noticing hairfall(I already went passed the aggressive minoxidil shed between the 3rd and 4th month and then things stabilized a bit) and am a bit worried, is this part of the process, can someone tell me what exactly is this?

After 2–3 days, it developed 2–3 small white spots (looked like pus-filled dots) and then gradually enlarged into the current bump. It is currently not painful. This is the first time I have had such a lesion. About a week after it appeared, I developed a fever. The lesion has not noticeably crusted or scabbed so far. I have attached a photo.
