I am a 17-year-old male experiencing persistent itching and redness in my groin/genital area. This has been going on for approximately [6-7months]. I have not applied any creams, lotions, or medications to the affected area yet. The skin in that area appears [irritating iching and burning ]. This discomfort is affecting my daily routine. I have still not seen a single person mention the medication of isoisotretinoin/Accutane i desperately need this medication as it will clear my worst acne and it will not leave marks all over my body I can't even sit and sleep properly for past 3 years and I have had mental breakdowns due to this and i have tried countless serums and creams if any doctor can help please reply.
