Onset: 13 September 2026, after applying MARS makeup setting spray. Affected area: Predominantly the left cheek and the area around/below the left eye. Symptoms observed: Localized redness, irritation, and mild swelling/puffiness. The affected side appears noticeably more inflamed than the opposite side. Possible trigger: MARS makeup setting spray, used shortly before the reaction appeared. Current status: Reaction is localized to one side of the face.
