Continuous vomiting

My pet cat (1.4 y/o) has vomited 5 times since Sunday (7 Nov) night. She isn't eating properly and has been sleeping a lot. She doesn't drink water properly on a daily basis. She has been vaccinated but has not been dewormed in the last 6 months. Would love your advice on the matter. Thanks.
