I have been facing mouth ulcer issues for a long time. I have visited multiple doctors before, and every doctor suggested I might have some B12 deficiency or other deficiencies. I have taken pills multiple times and done some blood tests, but the ulcers haven't healed completely. They occur every month or two, and sometimes even within two weeks. Could you please suggest how I can identify what this symptom is and why it usually occurs? Please note that the pain is severe once the ulcer appears.

Dear Doctor,
Something pricked the inside of my mouth on July 2nd. Three days later, it turned into a wound-like sore. Even now, five days later, it hasn't healed. It hurts when I eat or press against it with my tongue, though there is no pain or bleeding otherwise. Please suggest a treatment; I am worried.
I have severe upper palate Itching in mouth.... Very bad at night and early morning... Watery eyes, sneezing sometimes, sometimes irritating in ears as well.... Taken Citrizen, Okacet, Allegra as well
