I have a one month preterm baby, breast milk is not coming, only like dropwise currently taking lactare tab , granules powder, healthy food..still milk is not producing, am on steroids for low platelets(ITP) and also Taking insulin for diabetes, is this medication affecting the milk production??? In my first pregnancy there was no issue in milk production. Pls can you give me the solution it's already one month can I expect milk production still??? Thnks in advance

Now my question is I had mistakenly taken overdose of expired nexito plus on 6th Jan and maybe on 17th Jan. Can this cause false menstrual period like Bleeding on 21st January?
