Period cycle and pragnancy

Since i had 2 times missed abortion and from my 2nd time d & c my period cycle pattern changed its coming 30 days and other than that i m having light brown spotting like bleeding in between before 4 to 5 days of period flow its now 6 months now same happening is it any issue or normal and m taking folcure 5 D tablet which doctor perscribed me when went to chek up after d & c and now trying to concieve since 4 months but no positive result so do I need to see anything more about my period please help

NIPT test- no soft marker in anamolyscan

Hello, My trisomy 21 risk is 1:345, yesterday at 17 weeks I had early anamoly scan, no soft markers are shown in early anamoly scan. Gynaecologist told your combined risk for trisomy 21 with early anamoly scan is 1:2034 now, suggested to go for either basic nipt or aminocentesis, Do I really need further tests, as no soft markers in early anamoly scan, please guide me, Thank you.

Discharge

I was sextually active on 24,25,26th of april...lt was protective fully....no sperm was released inside the vagina....l got my periods on 9th april yet today i am spotting very little red discharge with white discharge...Why is this happening?

Painfull periods

I get my severe periods back pain on the first day of my periods and also lower stomach back pain,on the second day the pain gets lower and the third day I'll be completely free...I consulted many doctors but every doctor gave me painkiller and I sometimes use it when the pain is to extreme level,how can I treat it?...what solution can I get from ur side?

Medical termination of pregnancy

Opted for a MTP at five weeks of pregnancy. Took the first tablet on 7th April and second set of tablets on 9th April followed by heavy cramping and bleeding and passing out clots. The bleeding stopped after 6 days. Was advised to repeat a TVS scan on 17th April and below are the findings. The doctor suggested D&C procedure. After the scan seems to have noticed passing out tiny brownish clots. No symptoms of bleeding or fever or pain noticed and seem very normal till date. Is a D&C procedure still required. Findings Appears normal in size and measures 4.2 *3.7 * 5.9 cm L *AP* TR Myometrial echoes appears normal. Endometrial thickness measuring 8.2 mm with heteroechoic content in the upper uterine cavity measuring 1.0 x 0.6 cm On Doppler interogation no vascularity seen. Minimal free fluid in endometrial canal. POD clear Heteroechoic content in the upper uterine cavity with no vascularity - Features are likely of Retained Products of Conception.
