I have been facing problem of acne ,open pores , pigmentation from last 14 years but it's not coming to an end .I generally get pimples with puss over my chin and upper lip area.there is hyper pigmentation on nose and cheek that makes my skin colour look dull whereas post acne marks are always there . nothing suits my skin type as I get irritation and pimples after using cosmetic or evn face wash .I have oily skin.all this makes me look darker and these things never go away .. please suggest me some affordable treatment
I’ve been experiencing itching on my left heel for the past 5 months. Even after applying Saibol, it hasn’t completely healed. Recently, the itching has increased. Could you please suggest what I should do?

I have been experiencing itching for quite a long time in the groin area (inner thighs near the penis) and around the anal region. The itching becomes especially intense when I go to bed, whether during the day or at night.
I have already taken antifungal medication (AF-150) and used clotrimazole (Candid cream), and Luliconazole but there has been no improvement.
There are no clear red rashes or ring-like marks, but the skin has become irritated and slightly darker due to scratching.
Could you please guide me on what this condition might be and what treatment I should follow?
It itches all the time, feels like scalp is peeling off when scratched.
It's there since 6 months
Tried ketoconazole , zinc pyrithione shampoo didn’t work
Please suggest course of action
Hello, there are small white marks on my child's arm. Noticed them recently since he has started wearing short sleeves now.
Update : we were in goa for 1 month and spent all day on beach and were tanned three shades. These images are post that but tan everywhere else is gone so why specific marks?
