Hi, I am having redness and itching under my foreskin. I tried consulting doctor for which they suggested Flucanozole and Candid Cream. It has been 2 months now but still there are no signs of improvement. There is a bad odour and buildup of smegma even after cleaning everyday with warm water now. Stopped using soap. Could this be a bacterial infection too and not just Fungal. Please help. The end of the penis head is swollen and red.
