I have done hiv antibody and P24 combo test at 39 day of exposure and its negative should i do retest or it is conclusive??

After getting involved with a girl, I got tested for HIV P24, VDRL, Blood CBC, Blood Sugar, and Urine RM, which were normal after 25 days. It's been 3 months. I am not experiencing any symptoms. Is this sufficient, or should I get retested.
