I have been been using minoxidil for 5-6 months and also in the process of fixing my D3 deficiency at the same time (I have gone from 9.2 to 26.3 in 3 months and I expect it would have increased even higher now) nutrition wise everything is going well, I hit my protein and carbs and workout and stay active recently I am noticing hairfall(I already went passed the aggressive minoxidil shed between the 3rd and 4th month and then things stabilized a bit) and am a bit worried, is this part of the process, can someone tell me what exactly is this?
From yesterday night onwards I am having pricking sensation in my hands and legs after a hot water bath taken for two days to reduce by menstrual cramps
My hands and legs don't have any kind of redness or bumps or anything but there is prickling sensation all over.
What to do?
I am facing moderate hairfall and hair thinning. My hair health is also not good. My hair is dry and breaks easily. My diet is basically fruits and home cooked food. I avoid sugar and junk in general. I was thinking of taking biotin and multivitamin supplements. But I am not sure about their efficiency. Can I go ahead with the supplements? Which one is preferable? What is the mcg required? I am not looking for an improvement in my overall hair health.
