Correctness of serum beta hcg

Hi Doctor My normal LMP was on 27 Nov 2025 Sexually active in december Light bleeding on 26 dec 2025 Mid-Jan to mid-Feb nausea, vomiting, fatigue, breast tenderness, constipation/diarrhea, constant pain on one side of lower abdomen UPTs were faint-positive to negative(recently taken yesterday) Beta hcg on 1st Feb- <2.3miu/ml 4th Feb <0.2miu/ml 8th March 0.5miu/ml I feel like twitching in lower abdomen on one side, swollen but no tenderness in breast and a bit of tummy Is any type of pregnancy possible with these beta hcg readings? Cryptic, ectopic or molar pregnancy? is beta hcg undetectable due to hook effect or variant hook effect? I have been reading online where people dont notice they are pregnant up until Labour cause of lack of Symptoms, undetectable hcg due to hormonal imbalance, got periods throughout pregnancy or unrecognizable fetal movements and tummy growth due to retroverted uterus/anterior placenta. Is it possible that I have undetected pregnancy in my case?

Periods and pregnancy related issues

I had unprotected intercourse with my husband on March 16 for a few minutes, but ejaculation did not occur inside the vagina. Within about 8 hours, I took an emergency contraceptive pill (Unwanted 72). My last menstrual period started on March 3, and my cycle is usually regular (around 30 days). According to my ovulation tracker, ovulation was expected around March 19–21. On March 30, around 1 PM, I started experiencing abdominal pain, and then I noticed that my period had started. I had bleeding twice during the day, then again around 11 PM the same night. The next day, I had slight bleeding again around 8 AM. After that, there was no bright red bleeding. I only had a small amount of brown discharge once, and then everything stopped. The bleeding was not continuous and was lighter than my usual periods. I am concerned about: Whether this bleeding is normal after taking an emergency pill Whether this could be implantation bleeding Whether pregnancy is still possible in my case

Delayed periods

This is the first time My periods are delayed by 8 days and i am experiencing severe cramps but there is no bleeding. I have also taken the pregnancy test which was negative. I am not able to sleep properly.
