My periods are late by 3 days I'm getting periods cramps and pain but my periods haven't started I'm having very less white discharge.. what should I do to bring my periods?

Hi Doctor, I am 28 year old female who has history of one chemical pregnancy and recent miscarriage at 6 weeks ( had to take pill to abort ) as there was no development in the uterus. I have attached my scan report here please let me know what might have caused this miscarriage . Also my bhcg was 60 from 1000 in one week how come this is decreased. As my doctor said this is common and abortion happens . I am not satisfied with his answer need some clarity on this miscarriage. Please advice me with next steps , i want to conceive asap . If i get to know what is the problem can go for the solution in that direction.
Body and joints pain
Hi I took methotrexate injection fr ectopic pregnancy on May 1st. Beta hcg was 649 day 1 Then 305 on day 4 And doc asked come again on Day8 I started bleeding on 2 days before. Today 3rd day I feel joint pain and full tired. Is it normal feeling tired and body pain. Light nausea.
Late periods
I was supposed to have periods on 3rd this month but haven't gotten them by now. I have the rest of the month lined up for travelling. Any medicine so I could get periods by today or tomorrow.
Confused about pregnancy
My friend and I had unprotected intercourse on the 21st April, I ejaculated outside and she also took an I pill within 2 hours. After a few days she started bleeding for 3 days the bleeding flow was light to heavy last day It was the same as the period with clots as well, on 5th may she got her home pregnancy test which was negative. Should we take another test? If yes then when?
