Recurring mouth ulcer

I have mouth ulcer for 3 years now , it started with one or two and now it has reached to 40-50 ulcer at once all over my mouth eg on tongue, cheeks lips.. I have consulted ent and dentist, they provide medicine and it heals , but comes back again.. kindly provide a solution for recurring , no one has been able to stop the recurrence.. Provide a specialist who can stop mouth ulcer recurrence..Kindly guide

Nose bleeding

Nose bleeding since 3 days duration of one episode is at least 25 mins and twice a day got lab test done INR is 1.7 anything serious

Nasopharynx block

The inner openings of my nose that connect toward my throat are blocked or congested. Because of this, I am having headaches and pain or pressure in my nose, especially when I bend down.
