Hey i had varicocele grade 1 in 2021 and since the i had no such pains or nothing. But later i found i dont have no morning wood and the erection also got effect and no like natural erection and it is not strong like it used to be. I can see the difference in size and girth. I can see the difference in the semen quantity and quality and colour. I have visited the urologist yesterday and he done physical examination and he didn't found any varicocele and shape changes in testis and it was symmetrical. He asked to take testosterone test and asked me to see him again after 15 days. He gave me this tablet for 15 days named Revel 100 mg Capsule - Mucuna pruriens extract. I worried right now and i didnt got the correct answer. Should i consult once more. This keeps me stressing out. Age : 25 Height: 160 cm Weight: 100kg

Erectile Dysfunction, Reduced Erection F

I am 27 years old and I have been masturbating regularly since around the age of 15–16. For the past approximately 2 years, I have noticed that my erections during masturbation are not as firm as they used to be, usually around 60–70% firmness. I also feel that my penis has become smaller compared with how it used to be, especially when it is not fully erect. I am concerned whether this perceived reduction in size could be related to my erection quality or another underlying condition. I have had sexual partners in the past, but I remained a virgin mainly because I was anxious about my penis size and worried that I would not be able to perform. Recently, I tried having penetrative sex with my partner on three different occasions, but I was unable to maintain a sufficiently firm erection for penetration. During sexual activity, I sometimes get an erection, and I can also get erections from sexual tho

Genital lesions - STD  Molluscum or HPV

Hello, I have been sexually active with unknown partners for 2–3 years but always used condoms. My last exposure was 6 weeks ago and was protected. I now have 5 bumps on my penis: 2 are similar with a small white center/dimple, 1 is a larger skin-colored bump, and 2 are small skin-colored bumps. #1 Private Dermatologist diagnosed molluscum contagiosum (MC) and advised cryotherapy. #2 Infectious Disease Specialist diagnosed HPV, said it was not MC. #3 Government Dermatologist initially said either HPV or MC, but after reviewing my reports (HIV ELISA, TPHA, HBsAg & HCV negative at 43 days), felt it was MC. #4 Infectious Disease Specialist said both are possible and advised a skin biopsy (plus HPV genotyping if HPV is confirmed). I'm planning to marry and am very anxious. Is biopsy the best way to confirm? Is it painful? Can it spread the lesions? Based on the attached image, does this look more like HPV or MC or both or may be HSV too? Please help.
