Why do I always have vitd iron and b12 deficiencies if i take supplements they will be normal levels otherwise they decrease it is becoming much problem for me to take tests im taking tests 3 times in a year I'm taking much care regarding food habits also i had mild gastric and I'm having lot of hairfall due to this deficiencies

My weight has dropped considerably, from 58 to 53 kg, with my height at 5ft 5 in, Should I stop Metformin or continue using it? I was taking it for visceral fat reduction, but at current weight I don't want to lose more muscles, At this stage, Should I continue or stop it?
