Iron deficiency without anemia

Hello, I've been having severe hairfall so i had general blood test done and I'll provide the values below. My ferritin is extremely low so do I take iron supplements? What else should I do? Regarding multivitamin supplements..!!

Hiee..!! So..I want to ask that is it bad to depend on multivitamin and multimineral supplements for long period of time like some doesn't get much time to even eat all proper meals as life is becoming so hectic these days...I used to skip meals for work and studies so I decided to take supplements to fulfill that need but I am worried that is it really good to depend on supplements?? Share your opinion..! I will be grateful for your precious answer..!!

Deficiency in vitamin D3, B12, B9

Vitamin B12 148.0 pg/ml   reference -211 – 911 Vitamin B9 (Folate) 5.88 ng/ml  reference -8.2 – 30.6 Vitamin D (25-OH) 20.6 ng/ml  reference -30 – 100 Which supplements should I take? I have started to take vitam D3 oral solution 60k but what for B12 and B9?

Vitamin deficiency correction

I have vitamin b12 and vit d deficiency, levels of which are 145pg/mL and 10ng/mL. I am a pure vegetarian and have vitiligo, which I am trying to treat. I think I need to take 1500 mcg vit b12 supplement daily after breakfast and 60,000 IU vit d3 supplement once weekly.Is this right? Also, I am looking for vegetarian supplements and have ordered Pure Nutrition B12 1500 mcg and Vlado Himalayan Organics  60,000 IU tablet supplement.Pkease guide as this is necessary to cure my vitiligo.Any additional diet tips or other tips for vitiligo treatment are welcome.Thanks!
