Required diet plan

Me and my wife planning for baby. I want a diet plan for that. Also my work schedule is hectic. I left home at 6.00 and will reach home to 9.30 current weight is 73 height 167 cm

Weight loss guidance

So my current weight is 67 kg and my height is 5'2. I am highly vitamin b12 vitamin d and iron deficienct person. My vitamin b12 level was 118pg/ml. Vitamin D was 21.47 and iron was 36 ug/dl. Right now I am not sure how to manage my vitamins level and have the weight loss. I am always tired and feel fatigue. In addition, on monday I am keeping fast. Please suggest

Need advice on omega 3 and mental health

I am diagnosed with OCD and anxiety from last 8 years which literally destroyed my life and is on psychiatric medications since 8 years.....these medications give just 30-40 % relief but never address the root cause.....after been on psychiatric medications for so long , one thing I understood that medication alone can't heal me....so I consulted a nutritionist and she advised me a full body check up and gave me a proper diet plan along with allopathic treatment by another doctor.....my b12 was low so given injections....vitamin D was low so given tablets.....lipid profile was bad so given tablets....uric acid was high so tablets....without telling her now I am taking gut health test to improve gut microbiome for overall well being...SO MY FIRST QUESTION IS " IS IT GOOD TO TAKE GUT MICROBIOME HEALTH SERIOUSLY " and SECOND QUESTION I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT OMEGA 3...I dont eat fish...and I read at many articles that omega 3 is necessary for healthy brain....SO SHOULD I DO OMEGA 3 INDEX TEST

Diet after c section delivery

Hello doctors... I got Cesarean. 3 months completed now. My weight is 65kg. I had big belly.  I am breastfeeding mom. Can I reduce to intake rice and can I eat wheat and Ragi instead of rice? Please suggest good diet plan please..

Unable to loose weight

Background:, I've had 2 C sections, total hysterectomy and operated for Hiatus Hernia. Am a bit over weight, so I do intermittent fasting, early dinner before 8pm and 16 hours of fasting. Excercise in the morning, however my weight is stagnant, doesn't increase or decrease Also my digestion is too slow which results in constipation. I have Triphala powder at night 2-3 times a week If I skip excercise for some days I get bloated What could be the reason and which doc should I consult an confused Please advise
