Vitamin d level not increasing

About 2 years ago my vitamin d level was 21 Then I started 12 weeks of 60000iu dose After that my levels were 25 Then I take supplements (may be 2&3 dose in a year) Now I again tested it comes 19.6 (why it's not increasing) Symptoms: fatigue, neck stiffness, anxiety, calf muscle cramps. Note: I have hypothyroidism and my tsh is 7.21 and t4 -5.44 and t3 is 78

11-month-old eating very little solids

My 11-month-old baby is eating very little solids and is somewhat selective with food. He is interested in food and wants whatever he sees others eating. He opens his mouth, grasps food well, self-feeds and chews without any apparent difficulty. He can eat roti, paratha, chila, soft rice, potato pieces and some vegetables. However, he often eats only a few bites and then stops and asks for formula. Sometimes he refuses food when I offer it but eats when he sees me eating the same food. He also seems to prefer feeding himself—for example, he was eating chila independently but pushed it out when I mashed and fed it to him. His pediatrician has advised reducing formula to around 500–600 ml/day, but I don't know how or when to reduce it without affecting his nutrition. He is otherwise able to manage different textures and does not seem to have chewing/swallowing difficulties. My son is 10.3 years old and is 23 kgs with height of 130 cms he is very active but is skipps evening meal saying it's problematic for him to digest food especially chapatis and vegetables dal or rice.even morning he doesn't have a proper breakfast hf does not like fruit not sure how to solve this issue

I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way.
