Health Q&A
Brain disease

I have been experiencing difficulty concentrating and focusing on things. I often forget recent things and sometimes even forget important tasks or directions. I also have a lot of negative thoughts and tend to think negatively about myself and my life. These problems have been getting worse recently and are affecting my daily life.

Pain in left palm and head ache at night

Pain in left palm and head ache at night. Severe hairfall also. Since 2 months. No trace of Thyroid or diabetes. What could be the issue.

Lightheadedness

I always feel a lightheadedness with pain at base of my skull which sometimes goes to back of the ears. My neck remains stiff too. I got rhinitis allergy once at 2019, my nose feels congested too. It's disturbing, i feel lack of focus in studies with this. Is this ear issue or neurological or bone? Whom should I meet ENT? or orthopaedic or neuro surgeon?

Persistent Headache

For the past 8 months, I have been experiencing severe headaches involving the front, sides, back of my head and neck. Initially, they lasted for short periods, but they have gradually progressed and now can last almost the entire day. I initially ignored them thinking they were normal tension headaches and took no medication, but the symptoms have progressively increased and new symptoms have appeared. I now experience blurred vision with occasional brief episodes of complete blackening of vision, eye pain and very heavy eyelids, constant muffled hearing with brief episodes of markedly muffled sounds, difficulty retaining information, finding words, getting stuck while speaking and mispronouncing words, excessive fatigue and sleepiness, jaw pain, difficulty rotating my neck, constant pain in both legs with night-time calf/foot cramps, severe hand pain, recurrent constipation, episodes of difficulty breathing, and chest/hand-arm pain. I have also noticed prominent vessels on the sides

Strange 1 side zap pain

Hi All, I have been experiencing a very strange kind of pain on the upper left side of my head, just above the ear. It started about 4 days ago. The pain was quite intense during the first two days, and since then it has changed into a radiating, throbbing, or “zap-like” pain that comes and goes. Two days ago, I woke up around 5:00 AM because of neck pain along with pain in that area of my head. However, I was able to go back to sleep later without any issues. Unfortunately, I searched Google and read that headaches that wake you up from sleep can be a sign of a brain tumor, which has made me extremely anxious. This morning, I also experienced some dizziness, although I’m not sure whether it was due to stress and fear or something else. The throbbing/zap-like pain continues to come and go. I have tried taking a vitamin B12 tablet and a painkiller, but I haven’t noticed much relief. Attached picture I have a history of health anxiety (hypochondria), so this has significantly
