Head tightness

Sir,i have been suffering from head tightness for the last 30 years. It seems that the brain is stuck with gum and there is no flexibility inside the head. Moreover, when i touch my lower teeth with my tongue the teeth feel like numbness just like when the tea burn the tongue.that type of feeling i experience when i touch my teeth with tongue.But when i touch my upper teeth with tongue there the feeling is normal. Sometime the tightness is so severe that it becomes unbearable.Thirty year back i have gone through CT scan brain.but report is normal.i have taken lots of medicine but result is fruitless.please help

Unable To Find Out Diagnosis

Hie, I Am unable to find out my exact health problem have consult many doctors, My all full body health checkup blood reports are normal but but I don't feel normal at all, I have accidity issue sometimes I feel shortness of breath head tightness specially if I go out I started feeling off balance or Tight head and neck and fear of dizziness. Sometimes for 1 to 2 min I get fast heartbeat shortness of breath and sweating in hand this all is happening since last 4 months. Also Bloating and Something weard noce in my ears during sleep especially when there is no sound around me. Are this Symptoms related to gut or nervous system.

Suspect hypoglycemia

Spinal problem

Osteophytes and mild disc dessication. Perineural cysts in proximal sacral spinal canal at the level of $2 vertebra. Mild facet joint arthropathy at l5-$1 level. Subtle posterocentral disc protrusion at L4-L5 and L5-$1 levels causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation however there is no obvious impingement of nerve roots. AP spinal canal (thecal sac) diameter: L1-L2- 13.4mm L2-L3-11.8mm L3-L4 -11.5mm L4-L5-10.5mm L5-S1-10mm Spondylotic degenerative changes in form of loss of cervical lordosis, multilevel small marginal endplate osteophytes and disc dessication. Posterior disc osteophytic complexes from C3-C4 to C6-C7 levels causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation and mild narrowing of spinal canal. Few small perineural cysts are seen in bilateral neural foramina at multiple levels. At C4-C5 & C5-C6 levels, there is mild narrowing of right neural foramen with possible mild impingement of exiting nerve root.
