Hi I am on Depran L for 45 days now but side effects are a lot ... feeling sleepy all the time, head ache and when I stand up I feel dizzy ... what to do? Need help

Dizziness from 10 days
I have been using Neuromed PG (pregabalin 75mg + mythlcynacobolamin 750mcg) from past 3 months for nerve pain , I'm now facing continuous Dizziness throughout the day and nerve tingling in hands and legs and when I wakeup in the morning my little finger is numb with cramp for few minutes, Is it becoz of side effects of Neuromed PG , I have consulted with general physician he has prescribed Virtin 8 mg but my dizziness is still there so I consulted Neurologist he did brain CT scan which was normal, i have also done full body blood test only my B12 level was 775 pg/ml. Can someone advise on next steps.

My mother is suffering from severe pain from hip to foot when she gets up from a sitting position. It is so severe that she starts crying with pain...I don't know what is happening but cannot see her suffering so much... got all her blood tests done... Her vitamin B12 is more than 2000.
