For past 5 years, I was on Levera 500 mg twice a day. But due to side effects like low concentration, emotional numbness, low mood, lack of motivation etc, my neurologist has switch medicine to Brivaracetam 50 mg in the day and 100 mg in the night. I have been on Briv since a week now. How long does it take to experience benefits of switching from keppra to Briviact?
My father got thalamic bleed on 12 august 26. Now after 1 months of Post bleed,we see he wakes up 2-3 times a day,take food by normal swaolling method but sleeps a lot in Day time,no much improvement in d mobility of right hand and leg . Sir ,I want to ask how much time it will take to get back to normal life in terms of sitting, standing n walking. From Last 1 and half month , I am facing very strange Brain issue. I am facing sudden heaviness( not headache), Like Foggy, Random Pin pain, Spasm pain on anywhere on head. Sometime , It stay for 4-5 hr , then sometime vanish. I have noticed that when I am busy or Tensed for something else the ONLY pin pain sensation stays. I am always taking about this day and night since 1 and half month Checked our GP BHMS near mine house….he did basic neurological test and said ..Coulld be never or anxities. I am taking b12 tablet since 1 month Neck has mild pain but not very strong. Did eye test and it came normal But when this heaviness comes then Right eye feels stiff. I took video consolation with Neuro dr and he told me it could be mine anxieties. Advised to get CT or MRI but Does all these symtoms really life threating? Because I know if there is brain cancer then No cure ..>So better I will take mine own life. I am really confused. Please suggest Once.

Pain in back side of neck after regular study of 2-3 weaks due continuous head down position of head for writing and reading purpose, also pain in jaw line, teeth, muscles or nerves in front part of neck. Eyes are also light sensitive and because of which I have headache. Unable to face sunlight, headlight of vehicles, unable to cross road due excessive light, unable to read in tubelight, I m using very low intensity bulb for studying.
