Hello doctor, i had one year back UTI infection which was treated by Nufutin tablet by urology, but now now had dribbling of urine while urination,Premature ejaculation and i loose my erections very quickly in standing position. So i had done semen culture and semen analysis but in semen analysis 6 to 8 hpf pus cells are present and semen culture is negative. So i need treatment for this issue and want full genital examination whether my genital parts are healthy or not. I am available in bangalore for physical examination and treatment. Please reply

Protected Exposure on Apr 26 (sex worker). HIV RNA PCR (RT-PCR) done at 15 days post exposure came back negative. Around day 17–18 I developed diarrhoea / head ache symptoms/anxiety. At day 20, I did multiple HIV 4th gen Ag/Ab rapid home tests and all showed faint lines reactive T1 lines. I also received HBV + HPV + Typhoid vaccines about 3 days before the rapid tests. Confused because RTPCR was negative but rapid tests appear reactive. Looking for medical opinion on possibility of false-reactive rapid tests vs early seroconversion.
Hello doctor. I am a healthy person.but one day out of nowhere I got this burning sensation everytime I get erected or ejaculate...then with rest it goes comes down like within 4- 5 days but again it comes back if I get into swxual activity shocking sensation in penis burning running down to the anus the burning feels there in bulbospongiosus down which sometimes lead to minor erectile disfunction i try to rest use hot water reverse kegal for 17 days last but still the burning is there once I started activities again....for months now like 4- 5 months. While ejaculation my penis gets very hard and tight...swollen under there in perineum more than usual when I get arouse.I don't know what should I do . should I rest for 2 months it will go on its own ? I don't think it's infection coz its heals a bit if I don't get into sexual activity. Also now the legs feel tight. No problem in urination at all.
From 2 weeks iam suffering from that whener i wal i feel semen leakage aleveryday with urine also also at night during slepp and my erection also feel weaker from that day
