From last one year i have red spots on my penis i consulted nearby urologist he gave me some meds probably antibacterial and one ointment using these spots goes away. I am never involve in sexual activity but i do masturbation when i do spots comes again when i use ointment spots goes away.

I'm sexually active for 2-3 years, all my previous hiv tests are negative. I always use protection. I recently had a exposure but with protection 6 weeks ago and today did hiv elisa and tpha antibody tests and both are negative. I have 3 small warts or bumps in my penis skin for 3 weeks.
