Looseness in knee

I have looseness, instability and pressure in my knee joint and also I can observe some mild obstructive sound when I bend my knee by standing on the other leg. I went for MRI some time back which says, subtle signal changes in ACL and minimal fluid in patellofemoral joint space. I wanted to know if this can be treated 100% with physio or if not is arthroscopic surgery beneficial than physio?I wanted to know the effective solutions for this problem. Any answer is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I have been having constantly getting leg cramps for around 20 days. Tried all sort of things to get rid of it. Thought this to be an high time to consult a doctor.

Physiotherapy

I met with an accident 14 months as of now which broke my right arm (biceps). I did my surgery and since last two check ups doc repeatedly saying I m perfectly fine now. but I can still feel lack of strength and pain.so i need physiotherapy but I cant seriously afford it now. can I just watch videos on YouTube and do them? and can you please suggest something good.
