Pain behind neck portion.

Hi, I am suffering from pain behind my neck portion. Sometimes its mild and sometimes bit heavier. It's been a week. I didn't take any painkiller. It happend first time in my life. I also do workout but it started after 2 days od my leave from workout. Kindly suggest some ointment or painkillers. I have tried volini but wasn't so effective. I have even stopped using pillow while sleeping. Thanks.

Muscle pull near elbow

Hi doctor, I have got strain in muscle while throwing cricket ball from long distance and it started paining near elbow region of biceps .please let me know whether it is a normal phenomena or do I need to see doctor and get treatment if required .I have attached an internet image to show the exact paining area .
